About the league

The league was originally founded in 1975 as North Georgia Midget Football League since then the league had some evolution that saw it change to NGYFL and finally to our current name NWGYFL - North West Georgia Youth Football League. We currently encompass 17 individual organizations that combine to form the league. We are the premier youth football organization in the state of Georgia and Tennese , providing a highly competitive and educational youth football program. We provide youth football for ages 5-12u. Our D1 programs are single age group 5-12 designed for players that have competed for years and have a high skill level, D1 is completely unlimited.
